Family Benefit Scheme (FBS ) Closure എങ്ങനെ തയ്യാറാക്കാം .Retirement സമയത്ത് ഏതു ഓഫീസിലാണോ ആ ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്നും Regular Cum-Broad Sheet of deduction under family Benefit Scheme എന്ന Registerല്‍ ആ ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്നും അടച്ച FBS തുകയും encahsment details ഇവ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് Bill Book,Covering letter ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ട്രഷറിയില്‍ Reconciliation ചെയ്യാന്‍ നല്‍കുക. (മുന്‍പ് ജോലി ചെയ്ത ഓഫീസിലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്തു ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം) . ട്രഷറിയില്‍ Reconciliation ചെയ്തു കിട്ടിയാല്‍ proceedings(AnnexureX11) and Statement തയ്യാറാക്കി സ്പാര്‍ക്ക് ബില്ലില്‍ക്ലൈംഎന്‍ട്രിനടത്തുക.Higher Secondary വിഭാഗം RDD യെ കൊണ്ട് counter sign ചെയ്യണം ,നമ്മള്‍ അടച്ച തുക കൂടാതെ Govt Contribution തുകയും ചേര്‍ത്ത് വേണം ബില്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കാന്‍.Govt Contribution ചാര്‍ട്ടും മറ്റ് ഫോമുകളും ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ്സില്‍.
