സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പ്രളയക്കെടുതിയുടെ പാശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിലുള്ള ഉത്സവ ആഘോഷപരിപാടികള്‍ ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് ഒഴിവാക്കികൊണ്ട് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. ഉത്തരവ് ചുവടെ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നു.
